That was easily much the case when it came to being able to afford to be a homeowner.
I’m in a job where I just don’t make a whole lot of currency yet. And our line of labor is never going to make me rich. However, I wasn’t ready to spend the rest of our life in rentals with noisy neighbors plus exhausting Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment. That just wasn’t going to happen. However, the more I saved for a downpayment on a house, the farther away it seemed for me get enough saved. It was maddening. So, instead of giving up, our friends plus I pooled our currency plus bought a apartment together. But every one of us made sure the apartment had 3 levels. This way, every one of us could make 3 separate living spaces with a shared family room. The place every one of us bought needed new Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment. But instead of just replacing the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit, every one of us went another direction. We had the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company install a ductless multi cut program for all 3 living spaces. Not only are the ductless heat pumps efficient, they can labor independently of 1 another. That means every one of us all have our own control component in our living quarters. We also have 1 ductless heat pump in the family room as well. This situation has worked out so well. I’m now building equity instead of just giving our currency to a rental company each month. And every one of us have quality heating plus air that none of us had in the apartments every one of us once lived in.
