And in doing so I got rewarded with a great pay increase! I labor as a certified HVAC specialist at my local heat plus business.
I have been here for about 8 years now plus I have worked honestly hard at my job. I am constantly on time, have hardly ever called in sick unless I honestly was sick, plus I also would labor overtime if they needed extra help. Well this all finally paid off Last monthwhen the supervisor came plus told myself and others that they were adjusting my pay plus giving myself and others a raise! They also wanted myself and others to become assistant chief HVAC specialist. That was a real honor plus also means that I will spend more time at the office helping modern hired heat plus specialists than being out in the field working on broken down central heating plus s. It has been a long time coming plus I am so cheerful that they finally realized all of my hard labor over the last 8 years plus gave myself and others the raise I wanted. I was honestly getting ready to start looking for another job at another HVAC company to get better pay. But they hit this just in time before I began looking. Which I suppose was a good thing because having to start over at a modern HVAC company would have been quite a job to learn the modern company rules plus ways of doing business.
