There are few things that I hate doing more than physically shopping for any product, but the process of going from establishment to establishment, searching for one certain item, is infuriating.

It’s the best invention in the world. I tried this method when my friend and I were shopping for a new loft lately, but unluckyly, there are some things you just have to see for yourself. I learned this the taxing way when I truthfully thought my friend and I had found the loft of our dreams in an online posting, only to find out it had a ton of hidden concerns once my friend and I easily arrived, and namely, the Heating and A/C system was a pressing deal breaker. From the moment my friend and I walked into the loft my friend and I realized the temperature control situation was not under control. It immediately felt chilly in the front hall, but walking towards the living room the temperature was at least ten degrees warmer. Throughout each room my friend and I noted dire temperature swings plus air quality conditions overall, then one room felt sizzling plus humid, the next was chilly chilly plus dry. My associate and I inquired about the Heating and A/C system plus the realtor begrudgingly told us that the heating plus cooling plan was well over 15 years old. My associate and I took one look at the temperature control component plus knew immediately my friend and I needed to walk away from the rusty plus ancient ventilation plan… Good thing my friend and I saw that ancient heater in person.
