Lucky for me, a lot of the homes in my area had already had their gas and oil furnaces took care of before the cooler weather so there was no wait list. The Heating and Air Conditioning service tech was able to service my oil furnace that afternoon. According to him, a lot of local homeowners refused to call when their Heating and Air Conditioning systems were running smoothly because they didn’t assume there could be any issues. However, this is when things could get out of control.
