There are pros & cons in everything all of us do in life.
As all of us become adults more than 2 of us invest in particular items like cars & homes so that all of us could live a comfortable life. The pro of investing in a modern vehicle is that there is honestly little service that is needed such as an oil change or perhaps checking the fluids, however as the vehicle is driven & it gets older with more miles & wear & tear, the more service it will require. This is similar to when someone owns a home, there are particular pros & perhaps cons that come with it. If your beach house is new, more than likely it has a modern Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit, then all you need to do is to complete easy service, like changing the air filter & keeping the temperature consistent, & your machine will function efficiently. However, over the years, as the Heating, Ventilation & A/C machine gets older, it will begin to lose its functionality & perhaps there could be a few unforeseen mishaps that you are never quite prepared for. And similar to a car, once a heating & air conditioner machine gets to a particular point, it will require extra service to keep the machine running efficiently. My house has an older Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit, so it requires additional service each year. Therefore, I schedule appointments with my Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker to come in & service the unit at least 3 times per year. The industry recommends to service Heating, Ventilation & A/C units twice per year, once prior to the start of Summer & the other in the Fall, even though I care about that extra service which I schedule at the start of the year just to prevent any unforeseen problems with the air conditioner system, and better be safe than sorry is my motto when it comes to my air conditioner & heating system.
