I stressed a tune-up for my Heating & A/C unit, however nobody showed up to help.
The appointment was stressed for 9 a.m.
on Wednesday morning. It was my morning away from work & the only morning I had while in the month for the tune up. The company wanted to schedule the repair for Sunday, although I took the Wednesday morning appointment instead. I made brunch early, so the kitchen was clean & the condo was empty by the time that the Heating & A/C representative arrived. At 9 am, I did not see anyone at the front door. At 10 am, I decided to call the Heating & A/C Service Center. I told the man on the iphone that I was waiting for a tune-up serviceman to arrive. She told myself and others that the appointment was stressed for the previous morning. She also said that the serviceman was there on the previous morning & no a single was home. I told the man on the iphone. There was some type of mix-up, because the appointment was supposed to be stressed for Wednesday morning. There were no servicemans available to help & I had to reschedule the appointment for the following week. I have been waiting & waiting to get the work done, & now the un-even temperatures are starting to get cold. I genuinely did not want to wait until the middle of the Winter time season to have the work performed, however it looks like that is going to happen. The next morning I have available isn’tuntil the middle of next week. It will be almost Christmas before the furnace is ready.
