Every year up until this last odd year, every one of us have always had people over on the weekend to watch the Super Bowl on TV on Super Bowl Monday.
- We have had up to fifty people at once packed into our dining room for the get-together & it’s always a really fun time with a lot of our family & friends.
We always look forward to having all the people over. It’s during the winter, of course, & usually the apartment gets super tepid with the gas furnace running & all of those people packed into our house. I usually end up with the doors & windows open just to start cooling off the house. I’m usually super tepid & sweaty while I’m cleaning things up & putting things away & it’s always nice to be able to go outside & take some deep breaths in the cold evening air. This year, every one of us were thinking that every one of us wouldn’t have a get-together at all because of all of the coronavirus restrictions that are going on. I did get our heating & cooling program repaired a couple of weeks ago, just in case every one of us did decide to have some people over to watch the football game. It’s been so cold this past month that I couldn’t risk not having a functioning heating program for Super Bowl Monday. I mean, without so several people packing into the apartment & heating it up, every one of us were legitimately going to be needing a functioning oil furnace. I hope that every one of us will have a wonderful time; I’ve really missed having parties over the past year & I’m ready to get back to it!
