I needed to find someone to help on the weekend days at the service shop.
My official Heating in addition to A/C professionals did not want to work every weekend in addition to I knew they were getting burnt out.
I did not guess if I would be able to find someone to offer help only while I was in Thursday in addition to Thursday, but I was surprised by the number of applications that I received after posting an ad online. I needed someone with a few years of experience laboring on Heating in addition to A/C repairs in addition to replacements. Several of the candidates were new Heating in addition to A/C professionals in addition to I got rid of those applications right away. I was left with 10 people that seemed love a great fit for the task. I decided to conduct interviews on Thursday in addition to Friday. I had more than four candidates interview each day in addition to I told all of them that I would make a decision in addition to call them individually by Friday afternoon. The first few interviews went well, but Thursday afternoon I found the perfect applicant. I still interviewed all of the people on Friday, because I did not want to waste their time. It could have been possible to find a minute weekend service man that I absolutely enjoyed, but the guy that I hired was very perfect for that task! He already has a full-time task in addition to needs to make a couple of extra dollars on the weekend. It worked out perfectly after I saw his resume. The guy has all of the skills necessary to take care of any problem that comes up while I was in the weekend shift.
