Last month my partner & I had bought fifteen acres of land to build our first house together.
My nice friend and I got a great deal on the land & it is genuinely buildable… Just last month my associate and I drilled for a well & were able to reach water, then and then last month my associate and I gained the elevation & floor plans of our dwelling from our builder.
The square footage is 2,500! One of the first questions that our builder asked was if my associate and I knew what kind of Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system my associate and I were using since my associate and I do have an open floor plan with a loft. I had no idea, & felt a little dumb saying it, but I said that I would get back to him after I reached out to an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional. I called a local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C provider & he wanted to kneel down & take a look at our floor plans. I wasn’t sure if my associate and I should go with a split system or two completely separate systems. All that my partner & I knew was that my associate and I wanted to go with a simple Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional commanded that my associate and I go with a superior insulation & building qualities for our loft so in the Summer when my associate and I run our a/c, we’re not losing it from poor insulated windows & walls, he also commanded that a possible Heating, Ventilation, & A/C mini split system for the loft would work as well with a split system for the rest of the floors with zoning control. I was looking forward to the completion of my house & seeing the effectiveness of the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C properties that the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional was suggesting.
