Just received plans for a household and need assistance from an Heating and Air Conditioning provider

Yesterday my partner and I had bought fifteen acres of land to build our first household together.

My pal and I got a great deal on the land and it is very buildable, however just last week we drilled for a well and were able to reach water! And then yeahterday we received the elevation and floor plans of our home from our builder.

The square footage is 2,500, but one of the first questions that our builder asked was if we knew what kind of Heating and Air Conditioning system we were using since we do have an open floor plan with a loft. I had no idea, and felt a little dumb saying it, even though I said that I would get back to him after I reached out to an Heating and Air Conditioning professional. I called a local Heating and Air Conditioning provider and she wanted to kneel down and take a look at our floor plans. I wasn’t sure if we should go with a split system or two completely separate systems. All that my partner and I knew was that we wanted to go with a simple Heating and Air Conditioning system. The Heating and Air Conditioning professional proposed that we go with a superior insulation and building qualities for our cabin so in the Summer when we run our a/c, we’re not losing it from exhausting insulated windows and walls; She also proposed that a possible Heating and Air Conditioning mini split system for the cabin would labor as well with a split system for the rest of the floors with zoning control. I was looking forward to the completion of my household and seeing the effectiveness of the Heating and Air Conditioning properties that the Heating and Air Conditioning professional was suggesting.
