I swear my sister genuinely needs to get her act together & start getting her house straightened out, and she moved into a up-to-date house about 4 months ago & she still has not unpacked & started on her renovations or her house; I told her that she is never going to want to complete her dwelling unless she at least get the start on something just starts putting things away everyday! Not to mention she was supposed to reach out to a heating & cooling worker when she first moved in & she still has not done that yet.
- I’m genuinely uneasy that her heating & cooling unit is not even up to par to where it needs to be to start warming up the house.
Next week my friend and I are going to be facing some harsh temperatures & I have a feeling her boiler is going to cut down because of the lack of service & care of the previous owner. I absolutely do not want her stuck in her dwelling separate from any heat while in these dreadful upcoming winter time temperatures. I do not mind her staying over at our house if anything happens although I do not it to become a habit, but for example if any terrible thing goes wrong in her dwelling because of the lack of service & effort in getting things done around her house I don’t want her knocking on my door every time. She just genuinely needs to do something about her heating & cooling unit, then one afternoon she is going to have to replace the entire thing & spend thousands of dollars on a up-to-date replacement heating & cooling unit & then I’m going to have to hear all about it & then have to help her pay for it.
