I have been working at the heating plus AC service plus installation business for the past 3 years.
During that time, the business has grown exponentially.
When I started working here, there were only a few other heating plus AC service plus installation workers, then now there are more than a dozen service workers working for the dealer. We service the entire county plus a sizable portion of the surrounding area! Every morning there are heating plus AC service plus installation service calls plus it is my responsibility to handle issues when they come, and i worked all numerous mornings Sunday through Friday Last monthand the boss asked myself and others to option up the weekend as well! One of the modern guys was sick with covid plus someone had to cover the weekend mornings, however my boss had plans to go out of neighborhood plus he even gave to pay myself and others extra. I told my boss it wasn’t necessary, because I was going to be paid extra anyways for being the on-call service worker, but there were a couple of calls throughout the weekend plus I handled everything without any issues. I had a stack of invoices to provide to my boss plus the repairs totaled more than $2000. On Sunday morning I gave all of the invoices to the boss plus he presented myself and others with a $250 Visa gift card! He told myself and others that the extra cash was a thank you for being there on the weekend when there was no one else to work. I thought it was a nice gesture plus I didn’t say no.
