So it’s been a easily long time since I had to rent. That would have been just prior to our wifey plus I buying our starter home when every one of us were appreciate late 20’s. Now, I’m in our late 50’s plus am renting again. I forgot just how much I appreciated owning our apartment plus our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment. But thankfully, this is just temporary as every one of us just sold the family home. We renovated, upgraded the outdated Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C component plus sold it. We were blessed because every one of us hit a overheated real estate market right when every one of us needed to. But every one of us also sort of sold our apartment out from under us as well. Retirement isn’t far for either our wifey nor I so every one of us weren’t sure that buying another place here was the thing to do. We are planning on retiring to the south plus the land of the heat pump. So every one of us decided to rent for a year plus figure it out. The place we’re renting isn’t all that bad. It’s a small 3 home office duplex. It’s truly kind of nice because it’s forcing us to get rid of stuff every one of us don’t use. However, the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C component is old, not easily efficient plus breaks down. The rental company sends a handyman plus the whole cycle happens again. I finally called the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company plus paid them to come out plus do correct Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C service on the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment. With Winter closing on us, I wasn’t about to put our heating fortunes in the handyman’s hands. I don’t appreciate spending the currency however it’s better than a heating breakdown in the middle of winter.
