A new optometrist had opened a practice in my city and sent promotional ads to the mailboxes to locals in the area.

I happened to get one of those ads in my mailbox last month and I was excited because my eyes were something I had put off for years. It made all of the difference in the world to have better eyesight again after so many years of struggling with my day to day vision. If more businesses were willing to offer amazing deals like this to new customers more often, they probably wouldn’t struggle as much during the beginning when they first opened. I see a lot of dentist offices doing this as well, but I have a good dentist and haven’t needed to take advantage of any of those offers yet. However, my air conditioner gets a lot of daily use and it has been a year since I have had the system inspected and maintained by a heating and cooling technician. That’s why I was excited when I got a brochure in the mail for a brand new HVAC company that was offering discounted service and maintenance visits for new customers. I called them and scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians and was genuinely surprised by how professional he was during the entire visit. He answered all of my questions with kindness and patience and never once tried to sell anything to me. He simply added more coolant and inspected the air pressure to make sure the readings were okay. Now I have an HVAC supplier that I feel I can trust.
