I received a call from a customer on Wednesday.
The guy wanted to schedule a full repair Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tune-up.
I got the name of the customer plus his iphone number. At the time I was in the middle of an upgrade task plus I couldn’t write down everything. I called the guy back a couple of hours later. I got his full name, iphone number, address, plus a little bit of information on the problem. The guy was scheduling a repair tune-up because he heard a different sound coming from the machine. I had a first available appointment for the next afternoon at 9:00 a.m. It was pretty foggy, wet, plus a little rainy that afternoon, so I had some trouble locating the address. The roads on that side of town are not clearly marked. I drove past the road numerous times before I finally recognized the area. Then I had trouble locating the actual house. The number on the apartment was obscured by a tree plus I could not see it. There were only a couple of houses on the road, so it was impossible to tell if that was the right venue or not. I was certainly frustrated plus frustrated by the time I finally got to the customer to perform the full repair Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tune-up. I still did the work plus did not complain at all, however I told the customer to move the tree branches or lay outside next time he calls so I can find the venue a bit more easily.
