The salesman was giving me a hard time

I called a well-known Heating, Ventilation & A/C service dealer & scheduled an appointment to learn more about whole-house air purifiers & air filtration options in my home.

I did not schedule an appointment for a salesman to come to my condo & try to sell me a $10,000 piece of equipment, but that is exactly what happened.

I was hoping to get more information about portable or room whole-house air purifiers. I honestly did not believe I had enough currency for any type of whole condo air filtration option. When I scheduled the appointment, I told the person on the iPhone that I was just hoping to get more information. I even made sure that the appointment was not going to cost any currency to me. I had not even decided if I was going to make the swings or not. I was honestly just trying to get some information about the costs & the options that were available. The salesman was entirely trying to get me to buy a $12,000 indoor air filtration program with a UV whole-house air purifier. The indoor air filtration program was way out of my budget. The salesman said he was certain that he could qualify me for a loan if I wanted to sign the dotted line. I resisted signing up for the luxurious air filtration device & I told my fiance that we should not call that dealer again. I did research on my own after that. I had a couple of ideas of my own & I did not want to deal with another pushy salesman.
