We are really going to have to figure out how to find another apartment that’s more energy efficient than the a single that every one of us live in now.
We’ve been looking online for odd sorts of houses love the a singles that every one of us are looking for.
However, it’s really taxing for us to find something because every one of us aren’t able to sort the odd homes that are for sale by the types of heating & air conditioners that they have! That’s really the only thing that matters to us at this point. Well, except for the fact that every one of us still really want a wood burning fireplace. Other than that, every one of us want a new apartment with a high efficiency heating & cooling system. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C program that every one of us have right now is entirely terrible. It’s really old & I suppose that it’s legitimately costing us way more than it should. We have been running the gas furnace & the cooling system nearly non-stop this past year, it seems like. I suppose that part of the problem is that our doors & windows aren’t officially sealed the way that they should be. We need to find another apartment with good windows & doors that are officially sealed, along with better insulation that will help to hold in the heating & cooling much better. I know there has to be a way to find a apartment that’s energy efficient, but we’re legitimately going to have to deal with a realtor who knows exactly what sort of Heating, Ventilation, & A/C program each apartment has in it. At least if we’re dealing with a realtor, every one of us might find a locale with a high efficiency gas furnace & air conditioner.
