I just hope that she can get her turn to get a kidney transplant
I feel so awful for my aunt. She had her kidneys fail and in order to stay alive, she needs blood dialysis three times per week. They hook her up to the blood dialysis machine and have all the blood in her body cleaned just like the kidneys do. The blood dialysis machine is essentially an artificial kidney as it performs close to the same functions, then of course, the kidneys would do a slightly better work in determining what useful molecules in the blood should be reabsorbed by the body, but if you want to live, you will need blood dialysis to keep you going until you can get a new kidney, and trust me, the wait list for kidneys is long and oftentimes people are unable to get a new kidney, and my uncle is always so faint and she looks something like a ghost these mornings, she is so pale. I just hope that she can get her turn to get a kidney transplant. I would donate mine but we don’t have the same blood type. These mornings, she is always changing the temperature control settings in order to feel a bit of comfort in her home. She uses a smart temperature control these mornings because she can’t just be walking over to the temperature control all the time, she would easily choose to remain in discomfort because it is challenging for her to get around the house, and with the smart temperature control, she really just adjusts the temperature control settings on her cell phone as she keeps it with her always.
