I really prefer to use a family owned HVAC company whenever it’s possible.
- I don’t know why they seem to be so much better at everything, but they do! I just really like to use smaller companies when I can.
I think that they just tend to care more about you as a person and as a client. For me, I never just feel like a number on a work order or on an invoice when I’m dealing with a smaller family owned HVAC company. It’s like they always really care about you. The HVAC company that we are using for our home and our business right now is really great. I know for a fact that they care about us as people and not just as customers. One of the HVAC technicians who works there also goes to church with me and my family and so we see him every week. Whenever we have issues with our furnace or our central air conditioning system, he is always the one who comes over to fix it for us. He says that he likes helping out the people that he does life with on a regular basis. I think that that’s true. I think that communities should have small businesses that support each other and that the customers in the community should deal with them whenever they can. It just makes sense to keep your money in the community. I feel like that’s especially true when it comes to your HVAC maintenance company. Your indoor air quality is always really important and so you shouldn’t trust it to just anyone!
