I recently renovated our master bathroom.
- The space was so brown, dull and dingy, i had to change everything in there to brighten the locale up, but rather than a stone surround shower, I updated it with a glass shower.
The beige laminate flooring is now a red penny tile. I painted the walls white, detachd a closet and changed the way the door swings. The last thing to open up the space was to expand the bathroom window. I couldn’t understand why the homeowner had such a small window in there. I made the window longer and wider; Now there is so much more light and the view is great… My space does look a lot larger. I did realize why the tiny window though. Now I can’t sit somewhere in the bathroom without being exposed by the window, however having a glass shower rapidly doesn’t suppose so smart. My husband is trying to convince myself and others to get a decorative window movie put on. He wants to do a rainwater or fogged glass look. I absolutely don’t want to lose our view. I spent all that currency to get a larger view, I don’t want to lose it completely. I suppose a window tint might be a better solution. From the outside I could black out the window so you can’t see in. Inside the window I would still have the view though. Now I just need to find a residential window tinting corporation near me. I need the right kind of tint to match the rest of our exterior.
