When we were having our home built, we were thinking about the best Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system to have installed with our new construction project. Both of us looked at a bunch of different Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plans for the home, plus we finally agreed on something my husband plus I both appreciated. The a single thing that we both truly agreed on was having two fireplaces, a single in our master family room plus a single in the residing room. Both of us didn’t want to have to worry so much about cutting wood all the time, so we opted for a couple of gas fireplaces. Then we looked into which Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C would serve us the best. Both of us decided to go for a boiler system which would be hooked up to radiant radiant floors. Having radiant floors throughout the household we thought would be beautiful plus we opted to have a couple of radiators in the basement keeping it nice plus cozy down there. The boiler we made the decision to go for is highly energy efficient, so we should be seeing incredibly low heating costs through the Wintertide months. My favorite area though is the high velocity cooling system. They had to install the HVAC duct for the AC system. The HVAC duct is so narrow though plus it’s amazing the speed of which this system is able to provide cooling for the household. I have special HVAC duct in the basement as well for the ideal cooling. There’s a area of the basement I want to use for storage, plus then there is a place where I want to set up a mini movieplex because we prefer enjoying movies in this family!
