Moving to a farm in one of the most frigid parts of the country was something new for Johnny.
He wasn’t a country boy in the least.
He’d grown up in the suburbs and only would visit the rural areas a handful of times. But, after Johnny began thinking about living a sustainable life, he saw it was better to own a real farm. His wifey agreed since she was hoping to transfer away from the congested city… Johnny moved there first to get the new property in order and start his new task. She joined him approximately 3 months later after the sale of their townhouse. Life was great at the farm property since they moved there in the summer months. But, while in the fall, they discovered they had an issue with the gas heating equipment… They’d hired an AC company to set it up in Springtime but never got to test it. Johnny was thinking it would be best to turn it on and test it during one chilly night. But, the heating equipment failed to respond. He was so cheerful to have done this in the fall since having such a severe setback in Winter time was quite dangerous. Johnny had to act very quickly and have the furnace diagnosed and taken care of before the snow. He chose not to work with the neighborhood AC company and sought one in his new hometown with experience with gas heating equipment. They’ll also be the ones to repair his AC equipment before Summer now that he was an official resident in the area. The new AC company proved to be extremely useful since they noted some issues with the gas heating equipment connections that were not done properly.
