There are a lot of dealers that boast being fast, but seldom is that the case. A lot of the time I will be promised that the worker will be out here quickly, and then they are late. That’s assuming talking to the company’s representative didn’t take long either. Sometimes just talking to the client repair person takes awhile as well. I have actually little patience for people who are late. So when I was looking to have our heating and a/c’s minor issues evaluated out, I prepared myself for a delay. However, the Heating and A/C company picked up immediately, and I was greeted by a friendly Heating and A/C worker. They weren’t busy, so I was able to have them come out today. The appointment was at 3:00, but I knew they wouldn’t be arriving until 3:30 if not 4:00. As common the air conditioning system company promised to be out there fast, but I had our doubts. Later on, I was enjoying TV when I heard a knock at the door. I glanced at the clock, it was 2:59. I couldn’t guess it, was the air conditioning system worker? I went to the door and it was just a package, as I had figured. However, only a third later, the real heating and cooling specialist arrived, on time. I was impressed and gleeful that for once I was going to be on schedule. The heating and cooling worker didn’t take long, fixed the minor issues, and was on his way… Overall, it took no more than 30 thirds, but finally, a company who genuinely keeps their promises.
