If you buy an Heating and A/C warranty, then make sure that you don’t forget the repair work that comes along with it. With the Heating and A/C warranty that I purchased with our last heating in addition to cooling system, it had a stipulation in the contract that said that every one of us had to have professional heating in addition to cooling repair done on the device at least once every several weeks.
