I’ve never wanted spring to come more than I do right now. Normally, I’m clinging to every second of winter weather because I know the heat is coming. It won’t be long before I’m using the remote start on my car to get the air conditioning going. Nobody likes to start the day in a suit with a good sweat. But that’s the way it is for at least four or five months out of the year. So I squeeze every bit out of this perfect winter weather before I have to close the windows, seal up the house and monitor the thermostat. Well, that’s all over for me this year and I’m not leaving this region either. No, I just had the residential HVAC replaced in my house. When we bought this house, there was a pretty good HVAC unit here that was just half way through it’s expected life. Actually, that old heat pump made a few years past that expectation. Thank you HVAC maintenance twice a year for that. But we just got the top of the line residential HVAC installed. Yet of course, it’s doing nothing yet because the temperatures are still perfect. But this thing comes with all the HVAC technology from smart thermostat to zone controlled HVAC. This new residential HVAC also comes with a whole home air purification system. This is another reason I’m so excited for spring to get here. For the first time in my life, I won’t be bothered by pollen allergies inside my home. This air purifier simply destroys all allergens and indoor air contaminants. I can’t believe that I’m actually looking forward to the temperature rising.
