The heating system in our house tore up during a massive cold front that came through a couple of weeks ago.
- Of course, that is usually what happens to me.
I usually have really bad luck when it comes to things like that. If it was not super cold outside, then my furnace never would have torn up at all. Of course it only tears up when I really actually need it. It’s the same thing with everything in my life, though. If I do not need to use my car, then it would run perfectly fine. But if I’m late for a flight and I need to get to the airport as soon as possible, then the battery dies in the car. That’s just how things go for me and it’s super annoying! Anyway, as my luck would have it, whenever the weather started cooling off and we had this big cold front coming through the furnace stopped working. I remember going over to check on the thermostat and seeing that even though the thermostat settings were at 75 degrees in the house, the temperature inside of the house was only 64 degrees. The furnace was running, but the air that was coming out of the heating vents was not warm at all. That was my first clue that I was gonna have to call the local heating and cooling company. Of course, they were super busy because of the cold weather that was coming through and they couldn’t even get to my house until almost two days later.
