Sometimes when I’m bored I like to shop online.
I can find other ways to keep myself entertained, but I like to shop when I’m extremely bored. I like to look at Craigslist and Facebook marketplace, because there are always good deals on used items. Sometimes there are even free things that people just want to get rid of. A couple of months ago, I picked up a free outdoor patio set because someone was moving and needed to get rid of it quickly. When I was in the Marketplace this morning, I was looking at some of the electronics that were available. One item in particular caught my attention. It was an older space heater, but it was still in the box. Honestly, it didn’t look like the older space heater had ever been used before. The cord for the machine was still wrapped with a bread tie around it. The space heater was only $15. The MSRP on the box was $49.99 when it was brand new. Even though the space heater was older, it was still easily worth the $15 price tag on the front of the box. This winter when it gets cold, I think the space heater will really come in handy. We have some spots around the house where the drafty windows cause low indoor temperatures. We might even be able to save a little bit of money on our monthly heating bills if we can keep the space heater in our bedroom where it is always very drafty and cold.
