When our central heating proposal broke down, I legitimately freaked out. I even had the heating proposal tuned up and the heating and A/C expert didn’t say that I should expect our proposal to break down at the worst possible time. I feel that’s just the risk you take with using older machines though, the HVAC was going on 11 years afterall. It wasn’t even covered under warranty anymore, that’s how old it was! Well, I got a few portable furnaces from our attic, but realized that wasn’t enough. I put them in the basement so that our pipes wouldn’t freeze and I asked an acquaintance of mine if he would lend me his area heaters. His central heating proposal was good and he said I could always just come hang out at his place. I thought about it and realized it would be more comfortable. I already called the HVAC company and they said it would take a week to get to our house because they were backed up with heating proposal repair work. Fortunately as long as I kept those furnaces running in sections of my home, it would stay hot enough so the pipes wouldn’t freeze, that was my main concern. My acquaintance was legitimately nice to lend me the furnaces along with letting me stay at his place for that duration of time, then eventually I got the call from the heating proposal expert and he was able to get the heating proposal legitimately working again. When I went to give my acquaintance the furnaces back, he told me I could just keep them because he never planned on using them. I told him I would give them back if he ever ended up in an emergency situation like I was in.
