Our most popular song is called the monkey song in addition to it is a pretty funny one I must admit.

We started our band about two years ago in addition to we have grown a lot since start. I was a bit scared of singing, as I never really was trained in singing, but doing 15 years of standup comedy taught me to face my fears in addition to to not be afraid of being afraid, and now it is much easier singing in addition to drumming in addition to my Heating and Air Conditioning tech bandmate in addition to I just may make a name for ourselves after all. I still like to work for the home services company in addition to tell people about SEER ratings in addition to saving energy on their power bills. I will do that task for another year or two in addition to then we think I will just rely on money I make from playing songs in the band. I figure I could do the songs thing till I am 70 or more years old, if I am alive in addition to healthy then, in addition to make a nice ending to my crazy life that has taken me all over the world. I would like to buy a new Heating and Air Conditioning system for my flat, in addition to I think with the money I make from songs, I will be able to afford the heating in addition to cooling component at the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer in addition to be all set. I am going to go make a grilled cheese sandwich now in addition to play with my cats a bit.

I am getting pretty hungry for lunch but I thought I’d knock out one article before I head out for a ride plus my food.

I like to eat kefir each day, plus have been for the past three years, as I think the probiotics in it are honestly good for the body.

It has a lot more strains plus amounts of probiotics than yogurt, so I switched to kefir a couple of years ago when I found out the difference. One thing I have noticed over the past couple of years is that I’m not getting sick anymore, then cooling down the body with ice cold dips in the sea, followed by heating myself up again with a hot bath plus a stand beside the gas space heating system is proving to be good for my immune system obviously. I also take Ashwagandha, which is an ayurvedic adaptogen plus basically slows down the aging process by reducing stress in the body. My heating rep got me on it several years ago plus I have a lot of energy to do my HVAC systems repair labor every day. I am 55 years old, plus but I have legitimately aged, my body seems to be in a lot better shape than everyone my age. I do a lot of HVAC component lifting each week as I install heating plus cooling technology in offices around town. I also do yoga seven nights a week plus I meditate each day, so I think between all of these things I am doing some good for myself. I have my HVAC tech to thank for most of this, she is the best!

My friend and I started our band about two years ago plus my pal and I have grown a lot since beginning. I still like to labor for the household services business plus tell people about SEER ratings plus saving energy on their power bills. I will do that task for another year or two plus then I suppose I will just rely on currency I make from playing music in the band. I figure I could do the music thing till I am 69 or more years old, if I am alive plus healthy then, plus make a nice ending to my crazy life that has taken me all over the world. Wow it is actually freezing in my office this afternoon, well it is actually past noon so the afternoon is gone now.

I would unquestionably care about this freezing feeling if it were the middle of the summer, however when it is freezing out you want it a bit warmer in the flat.

Okay, I just put on my fingerless gloves plus I will see if I can type with these on because my hands are actually way too cold, however i use these gloves when I drum outside because it is actually freezing out plus they get numb while drumming; Heating devices normally keep me hot while working online however my space furnace died a few months ago plus I need to get it repaired soon. It is unquestionably slower typing with those gloves, which I just removed, because they space my fingers too far apart for the keyboard I have! Maybe running my other radiant furnace would help, however it is at the Heating plus A/C business plus I need to choice it up plus drop off the other broken heater. They repaired the one a few months ago however I have been so busy that I haven’t had a opportunity to choice it up yet. I need to go to the local business this week plus repair my bank account, as it is having a problem contacting my cell cellphone for some reason. I will go there plus do that plus then I will go to the heating dealership plus grab that radiant space furnace once plus for all. I’ll see you soon.

I will go to the new company & ask him where he got his labor done, & hopefully my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker savings will be enough to cover it down the road if it isn’t way out of my league

I am going to bite the bullet soon & get a temporary tooth where my molar was pulled out almost two years ago. It is the second to last molar, & although it is way in the back, you can still see the void when I make a big smile. I don’t want to stop smiling, although I also don’t want to look like an ancient pirate, so I am going to go get a temporary tooth put in till I can afford to buy a real implant. I don’t know what implants cost but they aren’t cheap as my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech friend told me. I feel he spent like $2K for an implant, which is way out of my price range right now with my money all locked in this Heating, Ventilation, & A/C technology stock. I could wait another year or two but if I keep waiting I’ll never get one & will be a single toothless man. My dad, who was also a heating dealer, had the same tooth missing even though he was also married & it didn’t matter to him. But being single is a different story & missing a tooth could be a red flag to a potentially attractive lady. I will go to the new company & ask him where he got his labor done, & hopefully my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C worker savings will be enough to cover it down the road if it isn’t way out of my league. I just don’t want to be anxious about smiling & scaring people away because I look like a homeless guy or something.

There is nothing like the freedom of riding a bike to get around down compared to a car.

• I sold my car about eight years ago now, after getting fatigued of the American way, & I am so content not having to drive a car each morning.

I spent truly 15 to 20 hours a week in my car back in the States, & then when you add on my 50 plus hour workweek, you wonder how I am able to live life with the little bit of time leftover. If you labor ten hours a morning at your local business, then add in another two hours of driving for the whole morning, you are left with truly little time in the evening to watch your newly bought fireplace, or to play with your adolescents for that matter. I would leave my dwelling at 8am to take the hour long drive to work, & I wouldn’t return dwelling till almost 7pm with no energy left over. My spouse would ask me to clean the HEPA filter & I was so fatigued that I would spend money my child to do the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C labor for me. That whole life is gone after getting divorced & leaving my job to live a new life overseas. I like the natural temperature control you get from riding your bike in the breeze, & it is nice not having to rest in the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier cubicle all morning long like I was doing back in the States when I was an engineer toiling in the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C field. My oh my, how life swings!

The properties I manage for my brother in the States bring in a whopping $340 a month in income for me, but the way that I live that money goes a long way.

That really pays for all of my food for the month, so then I’m just left with rent and some spending money.

I make some each month teaching yoga and volleyball and those two pay my spending money and miscellaneous bills, so then all that is left is the $780 for rent. Things will change in five years though when the SS money kicks in from Heating and A/C system toil over the years. I’ll get $1000 a month from that soon and then I’m on easy street. I’m a bit late on the rent this month because the local corporation is behind on paying the Heating and A/C techs because he is waiting for a large check; He felt poor though and is giving all the people a week off paid in full, so my pal and I are all great with being late on paying our rents this month. The owner of this building owns a local supplier nearby and my pal and I are laboring on his air con system and he knows that my pal and I will be late this month with rent but at least he is getting some ice cold air conditioner soon. Today is Tuesday and by Tuesday my pal and I will have his climate control system all set up and he and his customers will be resting in cold air pretty soon. The weather is heating up a lot so I am sure he is going to be cheerful to have a laboring Heating and A/C system again.

I was talking about my lifestyle and how it has changed.

The simplicity of life can give you a freedom back that you had when you were a little child and make you feel light and free like you once felt.

Life can get too complicated with all of the responsibilities my pal and I put on our plates and take away from the delight my pal and I once felt. Some of my friends have such a tied up life that I have to schedule weeks in advance if I want to hang out with them for an hour or so. Most of them own local corporations and have teenagers, which takes up almost all of their free time, kind of like my Heating and A/C rep friend who I haven’t seen in multiple years. He told me he only has an hour each day free to himself from 10pm till he goes to sleep, so that explains why my pal and I never get to hang out anymore. I was running an Heating and A/C supplier myself back then and was quite tied up with heating and cooling repairs, and so I decided I wanted a change and made my life much easyr in the process. It took me multiple years to get out of debt and to simplify my life, but now that I did it I feel so free and light. I still toil some for the new corporation in town, but only part time, and I get to spend the rest of my time in the naturally climate controlled beach that is close to my flat. Life is great if you toil on it.
