They are selling the heating plus air conditioner supplier plus it will be going under new management in about a week or so. I heard this from my neighbor who works for them as a single of their certified heating plus air conditioner specialists. It was quite a shock to hear about this because since all of us were kids this has been the same owners plus management all the time. They will just have to get used to having new people around there running things.
