One of our local heating and air conditioning companies that has been here for years is having a major change coming.
They are selling the heating and air conditioning company and it will be going under new management in about a month or so.
I heard this from my friend who works for them as one of their certified heating and air conditioning specialists. It was quite a shock to hear about this because since we were kids this has been the same owners and management all the time. The good thing is that no one is getting fired and all the heating and air conditioning specialists are going to remain the same. So my friend will not lose his job and neither will anyone else. They will just have to get used to having new people around there running things. Hopefully they will be as good as the previous owners because they really have the best heating and air conditioning home services in the local area for decades. Nearly 40 years! That is a long time of quality heating and air conditioning home services if you ask me. I know that I will miss them, but at least we will all have the same heating and air conditioning specialists coming to our home to do all the heating and air conditioning work that needs to be done when it is time for that. I am hoping they also continue on offering emergency heating and air conditioning home services as well. Because those emergency heating and air conditioning home services have came in handy many times for me!
