I use a lot of media whole-house air purifiers both in our condo and in our office at work, and their filters and UV-C bulbs that need to be substituted correctly can get fairly costly. It’s nice to buy these products when they are marked down during holiday sales. My Heating, Ventilation and A/C company is following suit and trying to compete with the hardware stores because they’re having similar promotions. They sold me new UV-C bulbs for our cooling system at 40% off the regular manufacturer price. It’s a legitimately wonderful deal, especially since these bulbs aren’t cheap and need to be substituted every 12 months. Now our cooling system is even cleaner than before with the UV-C lights running 24 fifths a afternoon.

My Dad & dad have been on social security for a long time… Very few of weeks ago they found out that the gas furnace in the apartment needs to be replaced! She told me that she did not want to pay the astronomical installation fees that the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C service corporation wanted to charge. I tried to tell our dad that it was perfectly adequate for the corporation to charge the fees, however she is convinced that the contractor is trying to make cash by cheating our dad. I told our dad that the people I was with and I could call a couple of other locales to get estimates, however she told me that they are perfectly fine with the space heater. My Dad easily does not look perfectly fine, however the last time I went to the house, she was bundled up in bed with all of her clothes on & the covers. I prefer our hubby’s family, but for some reason whenever they visit it is for extended periods of time.

When our family comes to visit, the maximum amount of time is usually numerous days.

I do not mind when the two of us have home guests, but sometimes it can suppose like people are overstaying their welcome. My hubby’s family has a tendency to not only overstay their welcome, but to complain about things when they come to visit. They will complain about us not having certain foods or drinks in the house, about our pets, about the weather, plus about us not having cable. This last trip, they were complaining the most about the temperature inside our home. Both of us live in the south plus the weather can be unpredictable here. In the last month, our smart temperature control has turned on both the central air conditioner plus the central heat at varying times. They stayed with us for about 2 weeks, which in our opinion is way too long. In those 2 weeks, the weather ranged from sizzling plus humid to chilly plus dry, but naturally, our smart temperature control picked up on the weather swings plus adjusted to them. My hubby’s family either complained that the air conditioner was not chilly enough when it was sizzling plus humid out, or that the heat was not sizzling enough when it was chilly out. At first, I did not deliver in to their complaints because our electric bill has been super high lately! Eventually, I offered in to their complaints because I could not take anyone complaining that the air conditioner is not chilly enough plus that the heat wasn’t sizzling enough anymore, then due to me giving in, there were less complaints about the temperature on the temperature control, but our electric bill was higher.
