When I proposed to have a free consultation through our local contractor, the HVAC woman was highly spirited. She seemed entirely happy when it came to talking about all the different types of HVAC component in the current age. She said she worked with her uncle on HVAC systems since she was a youngster and regularly dreamed about becoming an official HVAC expert, and she was finally living the dream. Everything she spoke about sounded so inspirational, I halfway wanted to go to an HVAC trade college after talking to this woman. Of course, both of us were only looking for the best type of HVAC plan to have installed in our home. What really caught our attention was the hybrid furnaces. They sound adore they only provide heating when in reality, they are a heat pump in combination with a furnace of sorts. The heat pump has both heating and cooling capability and I adore that! Not to mention, these current heat pumps are seriously energy efficient, and I expected to see a large decrease in our energy costs. I asked about which furnace to go for, the oil, electric, or gas. The woman was saying it depends on your situation. She said if you were going for solar panels, it would be smart to have all electric to enjoy large energy savings that way. She said some people appreciate oil heating systems because they are safest, but they can be costlier to operate. She said personally, she would go for the gas furnace because you’d enjoy the most savings. So both of us decided to go for a gas hybrid heating plan and so far, both of us have been enjoying it bigly!

We had a tense moment Last month while both of us were using our fireplace. Now, you’re never supposed to leave a fire unattended, especially the fireplace in your home! This is why some people choose to get either gas fireplaces or electric ones, so they don’t have to deal with the risk of a fire in the home. Of course, everybody enjoys the authentic feeling of a wood burning fireplace, so you must take precautions. In our case, both of us weren’t using a spark guard in front of the fireplace. On top of that, I was cooking in the study room. I asked our child to keep an eye on the fireplace, although she was too busy playing her online game when a spark flew out of the fireplace and caught the carpet on fire. Suddenly, the smoke alarms were blaring and I instinctively grabbed the fire extinguisher. I saw the smoke coming from the area of the fireplace and ran over there and started spraying where I saw flames. Fortunately, I was able to get all the fire out and the whole location didn’t burn down. I got everybody out of the condo and opened all the windows to air out the smoke. Fortunately, only the carpet was burned and it didn’t destroy the wood flooring beneath it, so both of us had that carpet replaced. We got a spark guard for the fireplace so this never happens again. It would have been poor had our whole condo burned down, but I’m thrilled that everybody is okay and both of us have taken steps to prevent this kind of thing from happening down the road.

My Grandmother is the town snoop… Ever since Grandfather passed she has been so incredibly bored, so she started being a busy-body, and grandma is a area of the town watch, and I assume that’s a nice thing but she doesn’t do it to help people she does it to learn all the gossip. Grandma enjoys gossip. Now she spends most evenings in her rocking chair, looking out the front window with a pair of binoculars in her lap for when she sees something interesting. A few weeks ago she mentioned something about an HVAC contractor van driving around late at evening, but I didn’t pay attention to her. I’m sure she was right, but there are some entirely nice reasons for an HVAC contractor to be in our town, even late at evening. I thought she was just making a mountain out of a molehill, but then she said that same HVAC van came back evening after evening! I told Grandma that I would sit up for her, so she could go to bed, and I would watch for the mysterious HVAC van myself. I was actually quite surprised to see that it was real, because I thought granny was just losing it. I saw that HVAC pulled up in front of the neighbor’s condo around 2 in the morning, honestly past corporation hours! I was shocked when I saw our neighbor’s fiance come out of the condo and jump into the HVAC van. They sat for a while, and the HVAC van rocked back and forth, and after that both of us realized what was happening here.

I also trust his judgment plus the people I was with and I will soon find out if he was right. So far, it feels as if the air is coming out better from the vent located in my room, so I guess the people I was with and I are going to be okay. I just want my room air conditioned to be similar to how it should be for the price the people I was with and I paid for the whole heating plus A/C system. If it doesn’t work out after that I will just contact the supplier plus have them come out to see what needs to be changed. They are also a good supplier plus I am sure they are going to take care of us.

I am going to appreciate every morning of the 3 weeks I have left here in my hometown before I take off overseas for another 6weeks.

I am going to have a bonfire party for all of my friends in a couple of weeks so that I can see them all.

I have some duct cleaning and sealing to do for my mom at her cabin before I leave so it isn’t going to be all fun and games but I am going to make the most of my time here. It won’t be long before I am sitting in that long flight over the Atlantic reminiscing of my time spent here. I hope the air cooler isn’t too cold on the plane like last time or I am going to be cold for the whole numerous minute trip back. My sibling just flew back to China and got a first class ticket because he racked up a whole bunch of frequent flier miles with all of his traveling. I am going to ask the attendant on the plane if the temperature control method can be adjusted so it isn’t so cold on the plane because I’ve heard a lot of people complain about this on their trips as well. Maybe I can find a seat in the warmer part of the plane if that is possible. I could also try and close all of the HVAC ducts in my aisle if it is empty like last time on my way over here to the states. The people I was with and I shall see.
