I’m not sure what it is about items in my house but it seems like it isn’t all that uncommon for them to do a disappearing act.

It’s always coincidentally at the worst time too. For instance, I had borrowed a friend’s ductless mini split air conditioner because my central AC system stopped working a week ago. My friend, being the kind-hearted person that she is, offered to lend me her ductless mini split AC system because she wasn’t using it and she didn’t want me to have to go without any kind of air conditioning considering how hot it was outside. Well that was a week ago and I have since had the cooling specialist come out to my home and repair the air conditioning system and so I’m no longer in need of it and I was going to return it to her. I specifically remember that I left it in front of the door ready for me to take out when I leave. However, despite me knowing that I put it there somehow managed to disappear! I was so unhappy and embarrassed. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if it was something of mine, it would be my loss but I didn’t want to lose something that didn’t belong to me! I searched my house up and down and to no avail. I finally with defeat called my friend on the phone and told her I’m so sorry but I can’t find my air conditioning system that she has lent me. She didn’t see him upset but just asked me to keep looking, and then I looked down at my feet and there it was. Somehow I had missed the air conditioning system the entire time. I decided it was a relief and told her that I found it before picking it up and putting it in the back of my car and taking it over to her place.

This is the perfect time of year in my opinion.

• It is the fall and the time when in my area you do not need your central heating and air conditioning system, you do not need your whole home air purification system if you have one, and you most certainly do not need any kind of fans.

This is the time of the year when you can open up your windows in the day time and take in the wonderful air quality and cool breeze. Then at night the temperatures are so perfect you can pretty much just leave your windows closed and be warm enough to get through the night without a portable space heater or central heating system. This is the best time of the year to save money on your monthly energy bills as well. Because in the super hot summer months of the year your central air conditioning system is running all of the time taking up a lot of energy use. Then in the winter you have your central heating system running all of the time doing the same thing. But this time of the year there is nothing needed. It is so wonderful this way in my humble opinion. And to me it is my most favorite time of the entire year! But heed warning, it does not last for too long. Give or take a month or 2 and then it is on to the central heating being cranked for the next 3 months, followed by the central air conditioning system being cranked the next 4 months after that.

One question i asked myself recently and was thinking about was if there may ever come a time when heating and air conditioning companies may go out of business.

The reason I am thinking about this is because it seems that the rise of the independent heating and cooling contractor is happening. The independent heating and air conditioning contractor is actually turning out to be a much better choice for HVAC home services. In all ways. First off, their prices are much cheaper than a heating and air conditioning company, especially in my area. Also the service quality that they provide seems to be so much better. You would think by paying more you would get this type of quality HVAC service. But this is not the case! Independent heating and air conditioning contractors are much more personable, friendly and seem to care more about your real HVAC needs rather than it being just another job and a few bucks in their pocket like the heat and a/c specialists I have dealt with from local heating and air conditioning companies. So the question remains, is it possible that this could be the beginning of the end for the huge HVAC corporations? Unless they change their prices and their ways, I honestly believe in another 2 to 4 years they are going to be extinct and all ran out of business because of the much better independent heating and air conditioning contractors. Am I right? We will see as the time moves forward.

If you would like to talk about good timing, my recent heat and a/c tune up and check up would be it.

I ended up getting my central heating and air conditioning system unit tuned up a bit early this year because of the climate change, and if I had not done this my central heat and a/c unit could have very well broken down! There was problems brewing inside the central heating and air conditioning system that were unseen and unknown.

The only way to discover them was through a standard heating and cooling tune up as well as check up. The heat and a/c specialist found the issue, addressed it and got it repaired before it became a major problem. The major problem would have happened within the next few weeks according to what they told me. And it would have been a problem that would have cost me to have to invest in a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit! This is because the damage would have been so bad that there would have been nothing the heating and air conditioning specialists would have been able to do to repair the thing. So I am very thankful that the timing was right and that I happened to have my central heating and air conditioning system unit tuned up as well as checked up on a little early this year. I guess I can thank the world climate change for this chance encounter.

It has the best indoor comfort in any place of business if you ask me.

I have been in several offices over the years, and my latest job surroundings are the best. What makes it have really good indoor comfort is the brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit that they have. It is a commercial HVAC system that is the most powerful and best on the HVAC market today. I have to say that when I first got this job I did not expect to be in such indoor comfort. Usually at work you are in so so comfort and the heating as well as air conditioning usually is mediocre at best. But not here! This is something rare and different. If other offices in the country would take notice to this place, people working in offices would be a lot more happier and more relaxed when coming to work every day. Also I have to add that the air quality is superb as well. They do not have any air purification system that I know of, but it is so clean air quality you would think that they possibly did. I can not say enough good things about the indoor comfort as well as the heating and air conditioning in this great and wonderful office building I currently work in. It makes me feel pretty darn lucky that I have such great heating and air conditioning around me all year round. I will not take this for granted at all.

I wanted a real professional working on my HVAC system

There was this time when I decided to hire an HVAC expert online. This guy who came out to my house honestly didn’t seem to be an HVAC expert. He was wearing regular clothes, didn’t have an HVAC van, and he reeked of cigarettes and alcohol. When I was sniffing the air and looking at him funny, he promised that he had not been drinking recently but the night before. All the red flags were going off in my head, but I still let this guy work on my HVAC system. I kept an eye on him though to make sure everything was going fine. He seemed to be struggling a lot with the HVAC system, almost like he was unsure of what he was doing. Even when he started to open the cabinet, he forgot to cut the power to the HVAC unit. The last thing I wanted was a fried HVAC expert in my home and I knew that would be a miserable situation for my family. It wasn’t long when I finally just asked the guy to leave. When I saw how much he was struggling and scratching his head, I had seen enough. When he asked me what the problem was, I told him bluntly, he reeked of alcohol and cigarettes, and he seemed like a novice. I wanted a real professional working on my HVAC system. The guy gave me an attitude, but I was able to get him out of my house and he went on his way. After that experience, I realize it’s never worth it to try to hire some unknown person on the internet to work on an important component in your home like the HVAC system.

The last time I called the HVAC specialist to come to our home, I thought we would only need minor work done on the HVAC equipment.

The cooling system struggled somewhat through the summer season, but I didn’t think it was anything too serious.

Well, it was nothing but bad news when the HVAC professional arrived. He said not only did he find rips and holes in the ductwork system, but he also came to learn that there was a crack in the heat exchanger. I asked if he could just replace that and quit making this thing such a big deal. He looked at me for a moment and said if the heat exchanger is cracked, it’s game over for my HVAC equipment. He said that every time the system was running, it was releasing carbon monoxide into my home, and that’s not what I wanted. He was right, I knew that carbon monoxide was a silent killer since my cousin died from that exact thing. Come to think back on it, he was in a situation where he didn’t take good care of his HVAC system as well. I remember we talked about it back in the day how if you didn’t take care of your HVAC, you might die. Well, this was a serious situation I realized and I had no choice but to have a new HVAC system installed right away. It basically emptied my whole savings account, but at least my family will not be at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning anymore in my house.

It’s quite interesting, I never really got into cannabis products until my brother started telling me about the benefits. This also wasn’t until the pandemic hit, so everybody was stuck in their homes. I happen to have a lot of friends who love protesting.

They all protested against keeping cannabis illegal and all sorts of other things that everybody disagreed with. Well, it was a little while ago when I told everybody that we should rent large tents and rental HVAC units to help keep everybody comfortable, especially on those really overheated days. You could stop protesting for a little while, stand up your sign so people can still see it while you are having a drink in the tent with the ideal temperature control settings. When we first started doing this, everybody said that I was a genius. Never had we been so comfortable during a protest. Also, it made it much easier to protest on the really cold days since we would rent a nice heating system and keep it working in the tent. Not to mention, the HVAC rentals were pretty cheap considering we all put our money together so it never cost more than $2 for each person for a whole day rental! Now that’s a sweet deal. I know we have gotten a lot of attention as well as gotten on people’s nerves, but we really don’t care about all of that. Honestly, we just want to be heard and everybody has that right to free speech and peaceful protesting. Recently with the pandemic situation, we have been renting UV air purifiers as well so that it helps prevent the spread of pathogens and people don’t get sick.

One time though, the HVAC really did break down. Everybody looked at my brother because we all suspected that he had something to do with the mysterious malfunction. He promised that he had nothing to do with the sudden AC system malfunction and we ended up getting another room fortunately. More recently, we still go on our family vacations, and he still jokes around like this! When I accused him of being behind this, he kept saying that I was watching him the whole time, and he never touched the thermostat. I felt stupid when I actually did call the front desk and they sent an HVAC expert to our room.
