Going to university was the ultimate goal for our best friend.
She worked hard to achieve the dream plus make her parents proud.
In her family, she would be the first female member to get a university degree. I was so proud of her when she was accepted to the top university in our area. Not to mention the relief I felt she wasn’t moving far away. While she went to university, I opted to attend trade university plus keep working. My ultimate goal was to become an Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman plus set up our operation. At the time, I was interning for the best A/C supplier in the city. The two of us did lots of a/c repairs plus service for commercial plus residential properties. One afternoon our boss informed me I would be working with a new team. He had landed an Heating plus Air Conditioning installation contract for extra classes in a university. I was cheerful because it was the same university our best friends attended. I phoned her with the exciting news plus planned to meet up at the campus. The two of us had to plan our meeting after I was done with the Heating plus Air Conditioning setups of the afternoon plus she completed her classes. She suggested I spend time in her dorm room instead of going back apartment for the period. That way, the people I was with and I could catch up, plus I would never be late for our Heating plus Air Conditioning expert internship. The new classes needed lots of new ducts, which meant the people I was with and I had to spend a month in the university. I wasn’t complaining because I got to spend time with our friends. That time was a blessing since the people I was with and I had started drifting apart. It helped us brick our friendship which was stronger once the a/c expansion toil was done. She called the other afternoon to inform me the air ventilators in the new classes were working regularly.
