There was a time when Heating, Ventilation, and cooling were a much larger space of my life a few years ago.
This was a time when the Winter came in by September and didn’t really leave until April.
That was quite a thing to get accustomed to. Luckily, that was a time in my life that was pretty brief. I went way up north for about 5 years in an effort to receive a job opportunity. But as soon as I could, I hightailed it for the warmer climate of the southern region. Plus, I’m from the south and that had a lot to do with it too. But aside from the winter, I loved living up north. But dealing with the heating system and making sure that I had enough wood stocked up for the wood stove as a system was all a bit much. Now, I am back in the land of the heat pump and grateful for it. In fact, it’s just about that time of year where we switch the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C temperature control from heating to cooling. I know that might seem a bit premature for those that are still shoveling snow and scraping ice off of their windshields. But in this area, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling starts kicking on a bit during the heat of the day come about mid-march/April. But before I do that switch over, I have one other job to complete. I have to get the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals to come out and do the annual preventive system maintenance and tune up for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. It won’t be too much longer until the heat will be once again upon us. I always like knowing that the HVAC system in my home is prepared to meet that challenge.
