Once a year, we have an HVAC serviceman come out to the office & do our yearly maintenance work, then stewart is a very pleasant, very comprehensionable HVAC serviceman who is respected with the office building & can suddenly repair almost anything. Stewat has been toiling for the HVAC business he is with for nearly 10 years… When there is an issue, he is our go-to guy! While an annual maintenance task is not the most exciting, he makes sure to thoroughly check the filters & vents for any sign of disfigurement that might cause a bigger issue down the road, however friday this week, Stewart did a full inspection of all of the offices in my building! He replaced the filters in each room & caused little to now disruption of the flow of the work morning. He presenting with a very professional demeanor & received the respect of all of the healthcare workers in the practice. While one healthcare worker was seeing a patient, Stewart patiently waited for this session to end so he could get in the office & check the air filter in between patients. The HVAC serviceman was friendly & got what he needed to do done suddenly. I consistently look forward to seeing Stewart around the house doing repairs. He is a friendly person & very great at what he does. When I have an issue with my cooling system, he is consistently the first person I call. It is wonderful to have a trustworthy HVAC serviceman that you can count on in times of need.
