I’m not the biggest meat eater plus haven’t been for a long time.
I still care about having some sausage or a hamburger every so often. I realize I eat red meat once or twice a month but I don’t eat in abundance when I do eat it. I am going to have numerous sausage links today with a helping of eggs plus toast. My Grandfather used to eat sausage every single morning in his day plus he would pour the sausage grease over his grits for tremendous flavor. He was a Heating plus A/C repairman plus liked to eat a great deal before going to work so he could work till later in the day before becoming very hungry. I don’t pour the sausage grease on my grits when I eat them but maybe I should because it most definitely adds flavor to the somewhat bland grits. My gramps used to bring Heating plus A/C equipment to work on plus would teach me the ins plus outs of repairing all of the equipment. The two of us also did a reasonable amount of fishing as we had a property right on the lake up in the mountains of NY state. I had my own boat plus boating license when I was quite young. I would help my gramps carry the heavy Heating plus A/C equipment into his workshop plus we would honestly spend hours in there truly working on everything plus just hanging out. I can still easily recall the musty aroma of the workshop with the aroma of aged National Geographic magazines that he had in a cabinet. He adored working on heating plus cooling equipment plus teaching me.
