She asked if I would take a look at the site; I labor as a general supplier and a certified Heating and Air Conditioning service specialist; The first thing that I looked at when I got to the home was the heating and cooling system. I found some problems with the HVAC duct that were going to be lavish to fix. There were some sites in the attic where the HVAC duct did not seem to be fastened to anything at all. I was anxious that the HVAC duct was going to be high-priced, however my sister was more anxious with the foundation and the roof. I did not find any problems at all with the roof and I walked all over it. I also used a special unit that allows me to see problems that might be happening under the roof. I also looked at the foundation and did not find any problems… Other than the problems with the Heating and Air Conditioning system, I unquestionably did not know that the property was in bad shape. I told my sister that it was a superb buy and she should try to get it for a superb price. The owner of the property was trying to get $260,000 for it, however I felt like my sister could entirely talk the guy down to $245,000 after she told him about all of the small problems that I found.
