Every year I always say “this is the hottest summer time we ever faced.” I have been saying this for over two decades, since I first moved to this small town… Finally my mind meandered & I asked myself if it was true or not, and did I simply forget how humid & oppressive the warm season was every year? Or were the temps honestly rising? I have never believed in Global Warming, however the whole idea that pollution can impact the climate is starting to make more sense to me… I went to Google & learned that the local temps have gradually increased over the past decade. It’s no wonder my air conditioner seemed to be getting weaker, because the heat outside kept rising! With that in mind I had a trusted Heating & Air Conditioning device worker come over to inspect my system & give me some pointers on how to handle the rising heat. To my surprise, the Heating & Air Conditioning expert didn’t give me many pointers about the AC, she was focused on other things. Instead of investing in a new Heating & Air Conditioning system, she proposed getting blackout curtains to keep the sun out, & to invest in additional insulation. According to the expert my air conditioning device was in fantastic shape & would last another few years, at least. In order to combat the slowing heating planet I needed to stop the heat exchange happening between inside & outside, and she also proposed that during the evening when it was cool & breezy I should turn off the air conditioning device for a few minutes & open up the house. It gives the Heating & Air Conditioning device a rest & gets more ventilation in the household.
