My family and I decided to buy a laundromat. The place has 1500 square feet of area and 20 washing machines of various sizes. There are single loading machines and we also have machines that can load up to 100 lb of clothes. We have 20 dryers as well and they are large capacity, industrial dryers. There were some things that needed to be done and we would have to make some space for a commercial furnace. The guy told me that it would only take 3 weeks to complete the whole project and that was including all of the construction work too. I thought the contractor sounded like my best option to get everything done at the same time.
