If you buy an Heating plus A/C warranty, then make sure that you don’t forget the maintenance work that comes along with it. With the Heating plus A/C warranty that I purchased with our last heating plus cooling system, it had a stipulation in the contract that said that we had to have professional heating plus cooling maintenance done on the unit at least once every multiple months. This was mandatory in order to maintain the Heating plus A/C warranty. There were a couple of times when I almost missed it, I have to admit. When you are tied up residing your life plus working plus doing all of the things all the time, you tend to forget things care about your heating plus cooling plus maintenance. Once last year, I really almost blew it plus voided our warranty because of our own procrastination.
