My best acquaintance was building a house.
She was constantly asking questions about the ‘type of Heating and Air Conditioning system she should use.
She was trying to get everyone’s opinion instead of doing research… After listening to him brag about her house, however acting stupid about Heating and Air Conditioning systems, I tossed our sibling’s business card at him. I told him if she wants to know anything about Heating and Air Conditioning, she should talk to our sibling. I discussed our giving her card to our acquaintance before I did it, because I knew Jack could be a pain in the butt. I understood what she was saying, even though she would have an Heating and Air Conditioning business helping him make the decisions, and my sibling told me that if the general business hadn’t yet appointed an Heating and Air Conditioning business for Jack, she would do the job. She would expect to get paid for the project, even though she would spearhead the Heating and Air Conditioning project. She knew the business, and was willing to approach him and talk to him, then when I told Jack about our sibling and handed him the card, I knew I had done the right thing. There was no way she was going to get her lake house finished in time at the rate her business was going; Of course, if Jack was slowing the project down as much as she said she was, it wasn’t the business’s fault. I wondered if it would be okay to go to the house, and see what all was honestly going on. When I got there, the lake house was nearly finished on the outside, and they were working on the inside. My sibling was in the lake house measuring up for the Heating and Air Conditioning system, and I finally saw Jack smiling over the progress.
