I was only such a huge fan of their services.
They were everything that you could want in a heating and cooling company. They were professional, they were friendly, and their prices were more than affordable. But as a saying goes all good things come to an end, and that is what happens with the heating and AC business in our town. Unfortunately, they just couldn’t keep up with modern technology and as a result they went out of business. The AC systems they sold were older models and they weren’t a major corporation and instead we’re just a small little Mom and Pop shop. My husband and I were both disappointed when they went out of business but we still had to have our heating and AC unit taken care of and so we decided to start shopping around for a new HVAC company. We went with a second nearest one in our area, hoping to give them a try and be pleasantly surprised. Well we were surprised but not in the way we wanted to be, the prices were way too high and the service was poor. When the HVAC technician came out to take care of our heating and AC system he was rude and straight to the point. He hardly answered any of our questions and he tried to overcharge for every little repair. After that one experience we’re not going to go back to that. We have instead found our solution in a nearby mobile HVAC company.
