Before I leave here to go back home, I’m going to have to get the heating and A/C system upgraded at my mom’s house. I’m trying to help her sell her home, however it’s not going genuinely well so far. I live all the way across the country, and I don’t get back to house to see her as often as I would like to. It’s just one of those things that happens as you get older and transfer away. When my mom decided to sell her house, she didn’t entirely know how to get started. I told her that I would come out and help her if she wanted me to. I told her that I would, and so I came out here to see her a couple of months ago, and I have been here ever since. My nice friend and I have done a lot of work together on the home, and now my mom is just about ready to put the home on the market. She thinks that she might want to transfer out and live closer to me once she gets the home sold, but she hasn’t totally decided yet. I found out that our realtor that my friend and I went with said that the home needs to have a current heating and cooling system put in it before my friend and I can actually list it. I don’t know exactly what my friend and I are going to get, but I know that my friend and I are going to have to upgrade the old heater. Likewise, I believe that if my friend and I are going to upgrade the old boiler, then I might as well just go ahead and upgrade the central air conditioner too.
