I’m sure starting this year out breathing much easier than when I started 2021 plus 2022, then those 2 years were absolutely an enormous challenge for us financially, but my pal and I almost got close to having to sell our home.
That’s when things get easily real.
My wife lost her job due to the pandemic plus after that my associate and I had to take an immense pay split in order to labor from home inside the central cooling system of our house. This was pretty catastrophic plus my associate and I did our best to hang on… But our wife had such a hard time finding other employment that my associate and I had to lean heavily on our savings just to pay the mortgage, but once I got back inside the zone controlled HVAC of the office, it helped. But still, our wife could not get anything more than a few online gigs… So my main associate and I ended up having to really get down to brass tacks plus figure out whether my associate and I needed to actually sell the house. Thankfully, our wife is really smart plus came up with a system to rent out the basement. Our home has a nice finished basement that just needed a bit more labor to turn it into a nice, one family room apartment. My pal and I were able to do much of the labor ourselves. But when it came to the plumbing plus the HVAC, my associate and I turned to the real professionals… It did not take much for a plumber to finish off the lavatory by adding a shower! And the HVAC company solved the heating plus cooling comfort situation with a ductless heat pump. That whole ductless heat pump really does supply some amazing quality heating plus air to that space. My pal and I were able to find a tenant no problem as my associate and I live in a college town. So adding a ductless heat pump helped save our home.
