The mini-split HVAC unit in the garage stopped working a few months ago, but my wife and I did not have the money to replace the machine. We had the mini-split HVAC unit installed when we first bought the house ten years ago. We aren’t in the same place financially, so we didn’t have the money to replace the mini-split HVAC unit when it broke down. When my wife and I found out that we were going to get another stimulus check from the government, both of us agreed that we should use some of the money to replace the mini-split HVAC unit in the garage. I had a ton of ideas for spending the money, but none of them were as good as buying a new HVAC unit for the garage. The second stimulus check was not as big as the first, so my wife and I were a bit disappointed. We didn’t have enough money to replace the mini-split HVAC unit, but we saved a sizable chunk of money and soon we will be able to afford to make the replacement. I’m sure the government will end up sending a third check eventually, especially if they do not get the problem under control. A lot of my friends and family members have been affected by the virus. Some people have been unemployed since the beginning of last year and it’s getting harder and harder. I hope that we will be able to resume normal life in a short time. I look forward to meeting my friends at coffee shops, restaurants, and movie theaters again.
