I believe that we were doing the right thing because we missed out on getting the entire system set up so that we could fix this one problem. I was a little disappointed after everything was said and done. The gas furnace looked respectfully very nice and the warranty was also automatically devoted and then I found out that I had to pay extra for cleaning and sanitizing all of the ductwork. It seem to be a waste of money for many of us and I still cannot believe that we voided the warranty and didn’t get anything in return.
