I wouldn’t have been so exasperated if this was the first time our gas furnace broke, but it wasn’t, however over the past many years, the gas furnace was broken many times. I lost count after spending many weeks without heating. The only superb thing about the loss of heat, was that it was in the fall. The weather wasn’t frigid enough to freeze the pipes, and the space furnaces worked well enough to keep me warm. They gave me a current gas furnace, because the first one was still under warranty, and now, the gas furnace was broken again. I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier and told them I needed some help. I could hear the exasperation in the scretary’s voice, and he chuckled and asked if I was splitting the gas furnace because I liked their dealer, or if it was just coincidence. I had to laugh, but I was tired of calling the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealer. They couldn’t tell me why the gas furnace was broken, but they commiserated with me. I told his that all I wanted was a laboring gas furnace. I didn’t care if I had to get a current one. This gas furnace was driving me crazy. The people I was with and I talked about the gas furnace, and he told me this gas furnace was still under warranty… Considering all the trouble I was having, he thought the owner of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier would blissfully supply me a difference genre of gas furnace in place of the model I had now. I talked to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier owner, and he agreed with his secretary. I wasn’t the only one having difficulties with this gas furnace model, and he was going to pass on his loss to the gas furnace manufacturer.
