I just learned there is a lot more to owning a household than I had previously imagined. After over a decade of renting, I figured owning a household would just be the next natural step. Only that the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C would be so much better in my own place. And I would be creating equity in something instead of simply paying rent. Those several ideas were legitimately true. It’s just all the other stuff that I am trying to figure out. The only way I could get into a household was to buy a starter household that was a bit of a project. That’s exactly what I got too. My partner and I were fully committed from the beginning to doing much of the labor on our household together. While there were things such as the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C and the countertops that we had to get done professionally, we did a lot of the other things as well. Namely, we did all our own demo, painting and the stuff that all of us could manage. It has been a serious project and one that was far more intense than I imagined it would be. However, we just cleared a relatively massive hurdle not too long ago. We were faced with a bit of a setback when it came to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device. The old central air device honestly wasn’t any good. But we honestly didn’t want to have to substitute the ducts. So our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company said we should go a different way and use ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. This was legitimately the ideal solution for our situation and the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C is the best all of us have ever experienced.
